Massage Therapy is the manipulation of soft tissue to decrease pain, muscle soreness, muscle spasm and to improve greater mobility. The therapist uses various techniques to improve the function of the muscular, circulatory, lymphatic, skeletal and nervous systems. Massage is effective in increasing relaxation and overall body awareness and reducing stress.
